Behind the GL Academy campus photos: what to know before you visit
GL Academy is a language school in Kuala Lumpur, recognised by the Ministry of Education Malaysia. Our two divisions, the Language School and the Academic Development Programme, share one campus, so the classrooms and study spaces in these GL Academy campus photos are where our students learn every day.
Small classes
Every programme is taught in small groups. The Junior Intensive English Programme caps classes at 6 students, while Intensive IELTS Preparation, Business English and the Daily Conversational Class cap them at 15, so everyone gets to speak.
Classmates from 30+ nationalities
Students at GL Academy come from more than 30 nationalities and study together on one campus. Learning alongside peers from across the world builds genuine global fluency and cultural confidence.
Two divisions, one campus
The full-time Intensive English Programme runs Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 4:00pm. On the same campus we offer IGCSE, A-Level and IB Diploma tuition, taught by teachers from international schools.

Native-speaking trainers
Our Language School is led by native-speaking English trainers. Our Academic Development Programme is taught exclusively by teachers from international schools.
Oxford course books
Every adult level follows Headway, and our young learners use Oxford Discover and Let's Go, all from Oxford University Press. Progress is tracked against CEFR levels.
Central and easy to reach
The campus is centrally located in Kuala Lumpur, with easy access by public transport, in a quiet and upscale area.
Student Pass support
GL Academy is authorised to apply for a Malaysian Student Pass through EMGS for courses of 4 months or more. Our student visa guide walks you through each step.

What do the GL Academy campus photos show?

Can I visit before I enrol?
Yes. You are welcome any time during opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 8 pm, and Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm (closed on Sundays). If you would like to meet a consultant, send us a message first so we can make sure someone is free.
Where is the campus?
E-10-20, Plaza Mont Kiara, Jalan Kiara, Mont Kiara, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our contact page has a map and directions.
Can I check my English level before I come?
Yes. Try our free online placement test first, and we can talk through the right class when you visit. Every new student also takes a placement test before joining a class.
How do I arrange a visit?

Do children study on campus too?
Yes. The Junior Intensive English Programme welcomes children aged 5 and above, our holiday camps are for ages 5–16, and the Academic Development Programme tutors Primary, Lower Secondary, IGCSE, A-Level and IB Diploma students.
