Student accommodation Kuala Lumpur: how it works

GL Academy partners with more than 30 residential units, all within 10 minutes’ walk of the school. Every home is fully furnished, and water, electricity and Wi-Fi are included, so you arrive to a place that is ready to live in.

A private apartment or a room in a shared house

Take a whole apartment to yourself, or your own furnished bedroom in a house shared with other students. The shared option is the most popular: it keeps costs down and is the easiest way to make friends in a new city.

Booking and prices

Rates are monthly, with separate rates for stays of 1–2, 3–5 and 6+ months; pick your dates above to see live availability and the exact price. Booking is for enrolled GL Academy students, who confirm their place with a passport or IC number. A one-off admin fee and a refundable security deposit apply, and the deposit is returned within 3 working days after check-out if there is no damage or outstanding issue.
