One application covers every GL Academy programme, from the Intensive English Programme, IELTS preparation and holiday camps to Primary, IGCSE, A-Level and IB tuition. Here is what happens after you press Submit.

  1. Apply online

    Complete the three steps above and sign. Applicants under 18 add a parent or guardian, who signs for them.

  2. We confirm your place

    Our admissions team replies within 3 working days to confirm your place.

  3. Placement test

    Every new student takes a placement test before the first class, so you join the right level. Try our free English placement test any time.

  4. Student visa, if needed

    For a course of 4 months or more, GL Academy applies for your Student Pass through Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS). See our Malaysia student visa guide.

  • A copy of your passport or NRIC (PDF or photo, up to 10 MB)

Language school admission Kuala Lumpur at GL Academy is open to every level, from complete beginners to advanced: the placement test decides your class, not guesswork. Children can join our Junior Intensive English Programme (ages 5 and above) and holiday camps (ages 5–16).
